There are lots of problems that operators should pay attention to in the producing process of single shaft concrete mixer, but do you familiar with it? Did you comply with it in the past? Firstly, users should check whether there is any scratching between the rotating parts and the hopper before starting the single shaft concrete mixer. If any, operators should adjust it and clean up the debris in the barrel in time. Besides that, one should start the machine after locking the limited devices.

Secondly, if operators find that the running conditions of single shaft concrete mixer doesn’t meet the requirements, he should cut off the power immediately. After putting concrete mixtures into the cylinder, operators should close the cylinder cover conveniently. And after pressing the start button, the spindle will put the stirring shaft in motion.

Then, operators should stop the machine firstly while discharging. Then he should release the limited handle of the cylinder, and rotates it to the best location for material discharging. While washing the mixing barrel, operators should put some water into the barrel to clean the machine up.

At last, operators should clean and maintain the machine every time after using, and check whether the spare parts is loose or not regularly.
