Analysis of the Causes of Poor Quality of Concrete

Now I would like to introduce some of common reasons for quality fault of concrete, and look forward to your correction.
Haomei Machinery has manufactured different models of concrete mixer, stabilizer and different models of concrete batch plant, stabilized soil mixing plant, batching machines, cement silo and so on.
1. Aggregate grading is not appropriate. More is the dig stone (sized more than 23mm), smaller is the surface area of aggregate and less is the mortar wrapping aggregate, which will cause the segregation and bleeding.
2. Over-high fluidity of concrete especially medium and low-level cocnrete will result in poor uniformity.
3. Insufficient mixing time will cause the poor uniformity too.
4. Non-standard pouring process, over vibration or some external forces may be the reason.
